Hospice is a philosophy of care rather than a location where care is provided. At Serenity Hospice Care we will provide that care In any location where care is provided. We will provide care at homes, facilities, assisted living facilities and hospitals. We work with the patient, family and hospice team to prepare the very best plan of care possible.
What We Do
The Serenity Hospice Care goal is to provide end of life care and supportive services for patients, caregivers and their families and to enhance their quality of life. Our hospice team is dedicated to promoting a state of serenity of mind, body and soul for our patients and their families by collaborating with families to provide quality and compassionate hospice care.
